@andyfreeforall well just practice doing voices try and mimic peoples voices of tv and video games or go on websites that have scripts on and try doing different voices for them and learn different accents if you go on google and type in imdb it's a movie/tv review website then type In any show or movie and they click on quotes and they'll have some lines from the show or movie it's actully good practice well for me it is but just have a go at it.

you need serious vocal skills in range to be a voice actor, or maybe your original voice is nice and broad to be pliable to different characters. a unique voice like Cree Summers' is used alot like in Codename Kids Next Door and Drawn together. you need originiality, no one cares who you impersonate because they have people for those voices already.

anyway, the top 10 voice actors of all time are all American or European. Mel Blanc probably being the best of them. All better than the Seiyuus. My Japanese (full Japanese mind you) friends even thinks so. They say they prefers the English dubs because they have more feeling and are less robotic. sooo yeah...

I haven't heard about Mel Blanc, but I wasn't able to finish tsubasa because of Vic's voice. And thousands of fans can say the same.

And the reason why in the top 10 are always American or European voice actors it's because of the language used (English is the first world language) and the geographic territory, which is more biggest than Japanese.
