  • Love them!

  • Occupiers are coveting, lazy, big mouths who think they should force their opinions and lifestyle on the rest of us. Like Maxine Waters said about the Tea Party: "They can all just go straight to Hell".

  • Excellent - this is EXACTLY the sort of creativity needed. Call them on their bigotry...

  • coniljw, don't think I haven't thought of moving. but then i think, i'd rather stay here to promote peace and justice in my own country. after all, dissent against government is the highest form of patriotism. btw, there is no cogent debate from you - you could choose to address my points, or you could choose to say nothing of substance, which is essentially what you've done. cheers!

  • These "protesters" are a cancer in our society. It is only going to spread and how to destroy the disease only God knows.

  • @coniljw People who hate free speech like Coniljw are a cancer in our society. LOL

  • So, as I end my tirade...keep in mind that your anger is misdirected, at least partially. You SHOULD be angry at Obama...that I agree on. Obama merely perpetuates the plutocratic programs of Bush, Clinton, Reagan, et al. But you should ALSO be angry that YOUR taxes, which SHOULD go toward social services, instead were channeled to the bankers, who used that money to give themselves huge bonuses, and gave them further impetus to foreclose on people's houses, poor and middle-class alike.

  • Do you think happiness entails being wealthy at the expense of everyone else? Really? True happiness is accessing your inherent right to shelter, food, education, healthcare...amassing capital is NOT tantamount to happiness. It's the exact antithesis.

  • @ClockwiseCat You have no RIGHT to any of these. These are things you WORK FOR.Of course you dont want to work....

  • @ClockwiseCat So I have a right to food, clothing and shelter without working for it? How do you pay the farmers in that model? How do you keep anyone working when you don't pay them?

You need to find someone to work to provide you with what you need for your "rights".

Who are you proposing to enslave to force them to work so you don't have to? Why should others have to work for no gain to provide you with your "rights" again?

When did I become your slave?

  • @gekkobear2 You're assuming you can reason with this idiot. You cannot. He wants free shit, and will cry, scream, dance, play drums ... anything except WORK.

  • And yes, people should be limited in how wealthy they become - look at Scandanavian countries for that kind of example. Because, you see, it's the egregious wealth of the 1% that is destroying this country. NOT taxes toward social services like roads, health clinics, schools, parks, etc. That is what your taxes are supposed to go toward, and those programs are being cut so that we can give more bailouts to banks, and fight more wars overseas, killing innocent people.

  • @ClockwiseCat Why don't you go live in Scandanavia if it is so great. they are taken over by muslims extremists and leftists.

  • @coniljw Since 92% of ALL Americans want the Scandinavian model WHY DONT YOU MOVE? Might I suggest the ultra laissez-faire Somalia? Instead of THE most CIVILIZED countries on the planet (Scandinavia). Where on average, per head, they are, compared to the US, happier healthier, they live longer are less obese, less teenage pregnancies, less violent crime, less bullying in schools, less sexism, racism, homophobia, are more generous to other countries, and ON AND ON AND ON... MORON

  • @StunnedByStupidity sounds like America is awful with all the crime and racism and what what. whats broken with the american system that it needs to be replaced by a european system?? btw, scandanavia is not one of the most civilized countries, its not even a country.

  • @agentnd Scandanaia are the most civilized ***countries*** (that means plural you fucking retard) on the planet - its like talking to 5 years olds talking to right wingers...HUNDREDS OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS SUMMED IN A TALK:

'Richard Wilkinson: How economic inequality harms societies' on youtube

And 92% FUCKING PERCENT AGREE - but facts mean NOTHING on planet conservative...

  • @StunnedByStupidity Get a job dickwad.

  • @cooks2006 STOP WATCHING FOX NEWS YOU MORON...

  • @StunnedByStupidity Is that the best you can do? No wonder youre a dumb lefty

  • @StunnedByStupidity Nice job of pulling figures out your very wide and obviously deep ass.

  • @cooks2006 GET HELP...

  • @ClockwiseCat Having come from a communist country I can tell you this: you will find substantial resistance if you attempt to create one here from those of us who know better.

  • @cooks2006 First of all, fucking idiot, nobody here wants to create a communist country. Second of all I think you are a fucking liar - you haven't come from a communist country - you're just your garden variety lying redneck Faux Noise watcher.

  • @twochordcool

How fucking original "Faux Noise". Did you come up with that or did you just watch 'The daily show'? Try the commie thing, and you'll find out if I'm lying.

  • @ClockwiseCat Right, how dare they make a product or service that people are willing to buy. We should stop them from making things people want.

That or we need to stop people from freely buying what they want with the money they earn.

Hmm, do we outlaw businesses making useful products, or do we outlaw people from choosing what they buy and spending their earnings?

How should we remove personal choice and freedom again?

  • The sad part is, Spectreman, is that OWS is fighting for YOUR rights...people are putting themselves in harm's way so that YOU won't lose your job, your pension, your life. I hope that one day you can see this. The movement is growing and will continue to grow because people are opening their eyes very widely to what's going on. This includes Republicans, Tea Partiers, Libertarians...the OWS movement embraces anyone who is affected by the greedy actions of the callous 1%.

  • @ClockwiseCat Right, they're blocking ports, occupying subways, laying down in rush hour traffic; preventing you from getting to work... in order to save your job. And they keep hurting the 99% to protest against the 1%.

And if you embrace Republicans, etc. why did you block off & shout at the Conservative blogger convention in Denver?

I'm very confused why your actions defeat your claimed goals. Either you're lying, or you're so bad at planning as to be counterproductive.

  • I have no love for Obama and crony capitalism, period. They are part of the problem without a doubt. At least that is something we can agree on. Furthermore, I would say a good majority of OWS is against Obama's policies too, though many may have supported him at one time. Obama is right-wing, period. And I have no love for right-wing authoritarianism.

  • Spectreman, I bet you are part of the 99% but secretly wish you could be part of the 1% so you can be even more of an a-hole. Am I right? Huh? Huh? Yes, that's a good boy, now go back to chewing your bone.

  • @ClockwiseCat If you and the occupy group are what represents the "99%" then I refuse to be a part of it. I am solidly middle class and I am watching as the democrat administration that I didn't vote for is destroying this economy and country for the sake of making its billionaire donors happy. Your occupy movement refuses to recognize this and will happily try to keep obama in office, while screeching at the Wall Street he so happily bails out and sucks off.

  • @Spectreman You mean were solidly middle-class. If you haven't noticed, the whole Middle class is slumping down under the poverty line.

  • @CraigBlaylock Well don't know about you, but I'm doing fine. Does that make me part of the 1%? Or just someone who knows how to take care of what is his?

  • @ClockwiseCat And why wouldn't I want to be part of this "1%"? Believing that the people should be limited in how wealthy they can become, while the government becomes more and more powerful and intrusive is communism at its core. This country was founded on the rights to life, liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness. Trying to guarantee happiness by limiting my ability to attain what I believe it to be is WRONG.You are the asshole because you feel that I owe you something. I don't.

  • I wonder what would have happened if someone DID walk on the carpet.

  • @MKmusic20 The occupussies would have cried "Brutality" and "Police State" and "Look at the violence inherent in the system." Once again, they show the world what kind of losers they are, further eroding any good will anyone, except the hard core tree hugging, commie loving leftists (see the comments below), may have had for them.

  • @Spectreman Your comment makes so little sense that I honestly don't even know what to say to you.

  • @MKmusic20 You're not very smart are you. What I said is that the twits on the floor would have cried that they were being abused by anyone who stepped on them. And their actions make them look stupid and petty and childish and the only people left supporting their actions and (lack of) message will be like minded idiots. Like you apparently.

  • @Spectreman You know, I've never been very good at arguing.

You can continue to believe what you want, and I'll continue to support Occupy. I'm not going to try to convince anyone of anything.

  • This is amazing. I am continually impressed with OWS's innovation.

  • @ClockwiseCat I bet you are impressed with anything shiny and moving as well. Do you chase the red dot from a laser pointer as well?

  • YES!!!!! The world is changing!

  • I would've danced down that carpet then casually walked inside.

  • @icetrey87 I would have called the cops on you and effected a citizens arrest.

  • You guys rock!!!

  • should have made it so they had no choice but to walk on the human carpet. they have been stomping out our hopes and dreams, why not just stomp us out entirely?

  • wonderful imagination ;-)

  • Never be silent again

  • We all have work to do as this occupation will end one day, it is a means and not an endpoint. That endpoint is transparency in government, and accountability of those elites who have unfairly gained at the expense of the rest of us. Depriving that "machine" of capital by supporting alternatives such as cooperative businesses is one way to do so. • Im surprised the e-leeches didn't step on the people. They probably would have if they didn't think it would be on camera.

  • Right on!

  • Awesome !!!

  • I just think that sometimes you have to look a person in the face and let them know that what they are doing is immoral.
