Southern states consist of Texas, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and if you want to consider it as being Southern due to the thick accents everyone , Kentucky. Maryland is next to New Jersey. Is Jersey a southern state as well?

I love your videos! I don't know why people give you so much hate :( I think the blush on your cheek bones (zygomatic bone! I'm taking anatomy right now LOL) is very flattering. You should try using a high lighter on the bone/above your apples of your cheeks and do a blush or bronzer underneath it to make your face structure pop :)
