I was at work in Shipley when I got a text from my daughter who works in central London which read "Mum, I`m ok, but London is in chaos". She was lucky - she was on the Piccadilly line, but her train was behind the bombings, and was evacuated at Earls Court. I went cold when I read that message. RIP to all who died, God bless the emergency services, and all those who helped. You suicide bombers will now be burning in Hell.
What happened on the mainland was shocking to say the least but our 999 services have had to deal with that type of bombing etc for over 35 years and sadly the services over here in N.Ireland recive little or no thankful comments from the public or even the internet but at long last we have some form of peace here. Our thoughts go out to those all killed or injured at that event.
Balls of british steel, things may happen but we get through it, My respect goes out to all the people who helped out that day, and my condolences go out to the families and friends of those affected.
As an American who lived through her city, family, friends, and nation go under attack 7 years ago, my deepest condolences to all who were affected by what happened in London that day.
What did they think this would achieve? did they think we would never go on buses or tubes again? that we would be scared to live our lives? we're not cowards like you bastards, and all it did was make us stronger than before.

Nice Job. Still sends shivers down my spine. Sad to say but if I see a suspicious muslim on a tube train now, i either get off or get in a different carrage. How saddening is that.
This video reminds me of how I was informed of the 9-11 incidents, I was in school when the teacher came in and told us all about it, I remember when I got home, I turned on the TV and we saw the second plane hit...
my dad was in london on that day. Luckily he wasn't harmed but I still remember how scared I was to lose him. I can't imagine the suffering this caused so many people. The daily star sums it up - BASTARDS!

I was the only one who got hold of my parents in the class, I was relieved and relayed the info back. We could't get any anywhere! These b******s can go to hell. London is stronger than ANYTHING they can throw at us!

thank you for such a great video and for including the voluntary services like st john who were there as back up for the london ambulance service on that fateful day and for many days afterwards also like the way the music and the footage goes together i remember that day so much as lost a close collegue in the bus bomb
I remember I was in class, and the day before we had got the news about the 2012 Olyimpics and everyone was happy and talking about it and then we got the news about the bombings! My teacher started to worry as her son was in London and my dad was also in London on that day but luckily he was no where near!
One of the few things that actually brought a tear to my eye.
I was in school and the teachers kept saying it was a power surge - untila friend of mine told me it was bombs. I remember rumours that a bomb went off at Colliers Wood station.
Top video, nice shout to public services too, it is about time public secotr gets a bit back from what was a horrific incident, like many others have said that they best they can do?...if so we are more than equipped to tackle anything.
I was working in Southampton when I heard the radio reporting the attacks. Many of my friends live and work in London and I checked they were all ok. Disbeleif and shock turned to anger but also pride as we, as a nation, said: "Is that the best you can do?"
We wont fall, we wont be defeated and we are not afraid.
yeah i was in germany at the time on a school trip. we were out in town and got rumours of the attack [confirmed by the news on mobile phones] and then there was a lot of luftwaffe jet activity going on, probably linked but im not sure.
Those who died were not the ONLY casualties on 7/7. Another thing that died was MY SYMPATHY FOR MUSLIMS!
If Muslims living in the West find it so GODDAMN INTOLERABLE here that they feel the need to TARGET and MURDER CIVILIANS, then maybe they should pack their bags and GO BACK TO YOUR HELLHOLES IN THE DESERT!
I had left just 2 days before it happend because my dad was working in london for a couple of months, I woke up on that thursday morning to hear what had happened. R.I.P Dad xxx
As an ex volunteer with the Ambulance Service I can catagorically state that without the selfless professionalism that they and the Fire Brigade showed on that day the fatality rate would have been so much higher. God bless those who died for being Briish, God bless those left behind to mourn, But most of all God bless those who saw the trauma of that single day and carried on regardless to do their duty. The Lord in Heaven will reward you
That was the most tragic day in my life, it makes me proud to be in the Emergency Services and proud to be British. R.I.P. those who died, I will never forget your face as I held you in my arms. I will never forget your families and friends look as they realise you were there. I will never forget that day. God Bless England.
They took amazing care of my beautiful amazing best friend when she was injured in the bombs
and I only wish there was a way she could have pulled through and not had to take her own life not long after as a relief from both the physical and emotional pain she suffered.
A touching tribute to the greatest city in the world with the greatest people. Those of us who abuse the emergency serivces should be ashamed, how ever much we throw at them they are always there, they may not be perfect but who is ??, what a marvelous response on such a black day, God bless to all involved and deepest sympathy to all who lost someone on this dark day. I AM NOT AFRAID - NOR NEVER WILL BE
I was so proud of my country that day! And how it showed how strong we are! There is nothing like English Pride! R.I.P to those who died!...Love England!
I was in school, waiting for a lesson, and we got told to go in and sit down without talking, then this teacher came in looking really pale and said 'there have been explosions up in london' then he wheeled in a TV and it hit us how major it was
Being from New York City and experiencing 9/11 I can understand the pain London went through. May the victims of this horrific tragedy never be forgotten. Having been to London myself , it is a great city ! RIP to all the victims.
Every noticed that whenever there's trouble in the world and people are suffering Muslim radicals are always part of it one way or another? They're blaming the American invasion of Iraq in Afghanistan but back in the 90s you couldn't even turn on the freaking TV without hearing about an islamic terrorist attack or other bad news brought by Islam.
Excelent Video and Great Tribute to all the men and women of London's emergency services and those of the volunteer organisations who responded with the upmost dedication and professionalism and who helped save and rescue so many. To those who lost their lives that tragic day,you are always in our thoughts. You will NEVER be forgotten. God Bless you all. WE LOVE YOU LONDON.x
I am a Nurse In Hampshire, i lost a Good friend that day she was on the tube. I Graduated with out her . and never got to tell her i loved her. I am now on the emergency call out list. we are ready for it. BRING IT ON. the germans could not kill us so why do you think you will ....
...The Flag at ½ mast says it all: our whole country acknowledges your deaths. Indeed, the whole world was with you on that terrible day - and we still are. We know you will never give up or give in.
Thanks for posting this excellent tribute. The creators, whoever they might be, did an excellent job of capturing the moment, and relating the sadness that the whole world feels for those who died, those who lost loved ones, and a country well equipped to sustain such an attack and continue functioning in the face of such a terrible event...
I remeber i was in school and everyone was happy about the 2012 olympics and a few of the teachers were kind of tearful. When i got home my Mum told me. Great Video Man

Every noticed that whenever there's trouble in the world and people are suffering Muslim radicals are always part of it one way or another? They're blaming the American invasion of Iraq in Afghanistan but back in the 90s you couldn't even turn on the freaking TV without hearing about an islamic terrorist attack or other bad news brought by Islam.

...The Flag at ½ mast says it all: our whole country acknowledges your deaths. Indeed, the whole world was with you on that terrible day - and we still are. We know you will never give up or give in.
The UK is awesome!

I'm so touched. All you need is some basic guitar sounds and lots of flags and everything is just great.
