Hey nick u should do a recipe that i use, i put my organic long grain brown rice into the rice cooker, i fry up some extra lean ground beef, and when the beef is almost done i throw in a can of red kidney beans, then i add in some pea's n corn
it tastes amazing and its got about 65 clean carbs, 40 protein, and 15 good fat, per serving, and for like 8 bucks u can make about 6 servings like that and it tastes great (it is kind of like chilli but its more like a stir fry) but tastes great & great4u
