TV Writing - What is the Storywise Teleseminar?

I've been longing to write a script for a mini-series about a religious commune on a remote tropical island, based on The Children of God (Family International) cult. The main character would be based on Ricky Rodriguez, and the show would tackle issues of child sexual abuse/physical abuse as the main character (the "anointed one"- like David Berg called Ricky) plans to escape with a few other kids and teenagers. It would then focus on them trying to make it in the world and rescue others.
