  • wtf hes retarded

  • Completely transparent.

    Total BS

  • That's fucking nonsense what he's talking about. I love cracking my knuckles.

  • someone needs to crack this quack in the balls

  • MD or GTFO.

  • I was cracking knuckles while watching this.

  • how do u stop cracking ur knuckles

  • thanks now i know not to crack my knuckles 1 question is it true that if you crack your knuckles when you become old your hands like shake and so does your finger is that true doc

  • I am 28 years old very healthy and non smoking and I also crack my neck vigorously at least once every day or that is I used to. Last month I had a stroke because cracking my neck caused a tear in my neck artery that caused a clot which went to my brain. This happens more often than people know or think. I bet each time a chiropractor goes to crack your neck they don't pre warn you that you have a slight risk of having a stroke after this. I doubt they would get much business.

  • @porilster You don't think there was a coincidence between the fact that you cracked your neck "vigorously at least once a day" and the very fact that you had a vertebral artery desication at age 28??? You cracked that SAME JOINT, over and over again, and you suffered the consequence of all of those repetitive micro-traumas to that one place, vertebral artery included. Your chiropractor would have told you this if you had a proper history and evaluation. But you obviously know better, right?

  • this dr. sounds like a jackass......we should send him money to do the same things we can do ourself

  • @REDTEAM22003 Be careful! There is more to cracking you own neck than you think. You are not doing what you might think a chiropractor does, namely careful and skillful evaluation. It is guaranteed that you are cracking the SAME JOINT, over and over again, and, like the Dr says in the video, it is NOT the joint that needs cracked at all. Repetitive self-cracking will lead to micro-trauma to the same bones and soft tissues, leading to complications later, and possibly stroke.

  • looks like he drunk too much night before and wants to say. i dont give a fuck how u knucks feel.

  • retard

  • Is this urge to do it its addiction you can't hold it any longer so how to stop?

  • I hate how he says bones.

  • hfsgalhksjbvjhawurushvs;LKJhcfvhyUJAYFOIkhsgfHSAVHKADBVFUJVBJHIjshgwer.....it all i hear

  • Someone needs to crack this quack in the balls

  • You know what fuck you

    OFWGKTA

  • Of course the "Doctor" doesnt recommend it... It is HIS job to pop it for you and get paid for it!!!.... Hahaha

  • Both of them look weird.

He looks and sounds like he is stoned out of his mind and she looks like she wants to play Vampire and bite him in the neck.

  • she looks kind of stiff...

  • this is all lies! there was a man that cracked his left hand to see if it would lead to arthritis. His hands were the same medically speaking

  • "Doctor" of Crackology giving advice? Har-har.

  • is it just me or does he look completely stoned

  • He's actually telling the truth, but is a terrible spokesperson for the world of chiropractic...

  • Does he realize it's not really your joints cracking, it's just fluid around your bones????? This is lame! It's not true.

  • @gatorface2000

One can only hope so as he claims to be a Doctor. This is something I knew by the age of 10, and is common sense really. If your joints were constantly rubbing together, we'd all be in excruciating pain.

But as stated, it's just air bubbles popping within fluid surrounding the joints. The air bubbles cause the pressure that causes the discomfort/pain. That's why cracking (popping) your knuckles/back/neck is so relieving.

Obviously a ploy to get people to come see him.

  • If we dont self adjust will have to pay you a lot of money for you too do it for us

  • For years I had terrible back and neck pain, and I was only in my late teens/ early 20s. I cracked my neck and back to get relief, but the pain kept coming back. My friend convinced me to go see a chiropractor. At first, I thought that they just wanted money, and that they really couldn't do much more for me. I was totally wrong!!! My chiropractor is AMAZING!!! from the first time that I went, I felt a major relief of pain. Chiropractors really do work people!!!! They are not just fooling you! I

  • Haha don't self adjust. He just wants more money

  • my chirocracker says it's fine. Some is better than none.

  • Chiropractors aren't doctors.

  • @Kyr4x But you're a twat.

  • @kurtizzyflush There was no need for that was there?

  • @Kyr4x they can be

  • @Kyr4x

DC = Doctor of Chiropractic -> look into it tool

  • @Cael551 DC? Where in the video does it say that?

  • @Kyr4x

That is why chiroprators are doctors -> Doctor of Chiropractic = DC

  • @Cael551 just because the chiropractic establishment calls their bogus degree a doctorate, doesn't mean that a chiropractor is a legitimate doctor in the way the general population thinks about doctors. Most people have no idea what the difference between a DC/MD/DO is and to call a chiropractor is misleading at best.

  • @jonasas1342

They study as much, if not, more anatomy/physiology/neuroscience etc. than students of allopathic/conventional medicine, so, if i was you, i'd do a little research before commenting on who has the 'right' to call themselves x or y.

European Osteopaths also study the core subjects of 'medicine', in most cases, in much more detail, than students of medicine..

Btw, i'm a doctor of conventional medicine.

  • Why You Shouldn't Crack Your Knuckles or Neck:Answer we want your money

  • He's like the office toby of the world

  • duh, uh, that uh, duh, um, a, dont do it, cause uh, douh, uh. fuck this guy.

  • The pop you hear is a gasseous release of fluid in the joint capsules surrounding the boney joints. As D.C., it really doesn't matter if you crack your knuckles or your neck. Just remember, it's your neck! The term that we ascribe to this phenomenon is chirobating.

  • If we werent ment to crack our neck then why can we answer that DOC

  • this is such a bunch of crap!

  • he doesn't recommend self-adjusting because then he wouldn't have a job

  • this doc is dump as a rock

  • "I would recommend it as much as possible"????

  • this guy is fucking stupid. cracking your knuckles or neck doesnt cause problems. it releases a gas thats actually supposed to be released.

  • @fckthathoe75 i kinda hope so cause i thought that it caused the cartalidge to wear away and then start causing harm to the bone. i have actually been cracking my knuckles for at least 2 or 3 years so if thats true il be very happy :)

  • ...and everything about him screams, WHITE TRASH!

  • Doctor??? Look at that idiot. Does he look like he passed organic chemistry to you? He looks mildly retarded.

  • how can i stop the popping sound when i bend down in my knees and ankles. m 45

  • bwahahaha. THis dude reeks of bullshit.

  • After Watching This I Cracked Every Bone I Could :P

  • WTF-->when I wake up every morning and start walking, my whole body is popping. I can't help that.

  • i can adjust every bone in my body.

    Including ....

  • i dont personally recommend self adjustment i want you to come down and pay me to do it for you im just gonna make up some bullshit to scare you into coming to see me.

  • @nts03 With fingers you have a point, but I'd never try to adjust my neck or back by myself. Especially since I don't know what I'm looking for anymore than anyone else

  • 2.06 basically telling people that chiropractors only give you temporary relief! if you really want treatment see a physiotherapist instead and actually solve the problem!

  • Watching halo videos and I was brought to this shit!? Well I guess Halo can make me crack my knuckles...But then again, so did this video.

  • someone needs to crack this quack in the balls

  • what a crock of shit

  • lies. THE VIDEO LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @CognitiveNetwork it's not bad.

  • THIS CRACKED me UP

  • lol look at teh video response it says "Cracking Knuckles , hips , and arms. lol"

and self adjustment is not the sound of bones moving but it is gas being released. nitrogen gas i think. and i feels good when you relieve all that pressure, especially in the knuckles and knees

  • This man is totally contradicting himself... 01:10.... not such a big problem, but it does make you feel good? Meehh, hard choice???

  • thumbs up if as soon as this video was over you cracked your neck or your knuckles=]

  • My dad is 62, cracked his knuckles his whole life, his fingers are FINE.

    This is amateur BULLSHIT.

  • i always crack my knuckles i was even cracking my knuckles while watching this

  • I was cracking my knuckles while watching this.

  • Mr.Anderson...

  • Cool vid. I have learned new stuff today! Thanks!

  • I popped every joint in my hands in my hand including the rist and every finger tip. Trololo Umad, chiropractor?

  • thumbs up if you were cracking your neck or hands while you were watching this.

  • @chaz3345 it wasn't my neck or hands actually but I wuz cracking some things lol

  • @chaz3345 LOL!

  • I think this video should be entitled 'Why you shouldn't do crack'. Look at this ass clown

  • this guy looks like he still lives in his parents basement and plays halo all day

  • @edgaralfaro15 Lol, or more likely Final Fantasy.

  • im usually able to crack my neck, but now it feels like one said of my neck needs to be cracked, but no matter what i try it doesnt crack. :(

  • My chiropractor says that as long as it's natural movement, it's healthy to crack. This dude is a terrible "doctor."

  • what hes really trying to say is..."i dont recomend it because i want to actually get paid and not have people do my work.

  • Why are they talking like they are really baked?

  • within the two and a half minutes of this video, I cracked my back, my neck twice, and eight of my fingers, six of which I cracked a second time.

  • This video reminded that I hadn't popped my neck in a while... So I popped my neck.

  • @kevinhbk

    Ouch! Seriously?

  • @rjwarda lol no xD

  • @kevinhbk

Yeah. I know, I was just kidding. lol. That would hurt though. haha

  • @rjwarda Yes...

  • is that the guy from 5 energy comercial ?

  • I regularly craack my neck, spine, fingers and toes, the latter in both direction - pushing them up and pushin them down; I also crack my thumbs in like 3 different ways; the sensation is sooooo good

  • YOU AREN'T A DOCTOR!!!

    What school???

Any further proof then a stated title of name?

  • lol When he said finger my fingers popped

  • i agree. ac/dc

  • Because of this doctor I don't work because I noticed at certain positions and times I hear cracked knuckles and stuff w/o trying. Thank you, no bone movement = lots of TV and gaming.

  • Everyone who dislikes this video are going to have problems in that area.

  • Awwwwwww, that med school dropout thinks he's a doctor, how adorable. I love how this guy tries to act like his occupation comes with a respectable title, and how he thinks people believe his bull shit.

  • i crack my fingers in three places, my thumbs, my neck, my sholders, my arms, my back, my legs(the first part of your leg close to your "middle" ), my knees, my feet, and my toes, everyday. :) thumbs up if you crack any of those too.

  • @kevinhbk I can crack my foreskin

  • @MistaB00m ewww thats funny though

  • Cracking your joints is okay if you do it occasionally but if you do it constantly over years and years then its going to fuck you joints up. Yes, laugh at me, you'll see.

  • Sure, I sound like I'm bullshitting, but if you met me in real life I would show you. Cracking joints does in fact cause them to weaken and move out of joint over time, but only if you do it constantly.

I know whats going to happen now though. You guys are going to bombard me with your ignorance and call me an idiot for saying such things. But this is just the sad reality, whether you like it or not.

  • Look, everyone here has the right to choose whether to crack their knuckles or not, and everyone has their own opinion about it. But I have been cracking my knuckles, fingers and thumbs since age 11 everyday, every hour. I was very addicted to cracking my joints in my hands. As a result of all that I can now bend my finger joints in ways you guys can't. My hands became very weak and fragile until recently I started working out in hopes of getting my hands stronger again.

  • one word: BULL SHIT.

  • "Um, like, you could do it yourself, but there's a .001% chance it can turn negative. I suggest you pay hundreds of dollars for someone else to do it for you and stuff."

  • What an odd interview.

  • Many 10s of 1,000s have cracked knuckles every day for 50 yrs , not a hint of a problem. Self-adjustments aren't "deep"? HA! i've been to many chiropractors: The effects of -their- treatments alway have diminished to virtually nothing by the time I've arrived home from the appointment. How 'deep' is that? Who's been hurt by self-treament? Many less than by chiropractors!

  • As you can see, we've had our EYES on you for some time now, Dr. Anderson...

  • Don't crack your nuckles, let them do it for you. Don't let the chiropractors lose business. It's not good to crack your bones in general (when you do it by youtself), it's much better when they do it for you, it's called adjustment !! Such falseness...

  • this guy got his doctoral degree from larry's funland he has no idea what hes talking about

  • When I walk my ankle always cracks, and sometimes when I raise my hand my shoulder cracks really loud. Lol

  • @Zacguy22Reborn it does not all it does is release some fluid or gas or something like that, in your joints that will come out naturally if you crack it our not.

  • @ghostgoatisgay Yeah that is right. Indeed true.

  • LOL this guy sounds hilarious as if this was shot in 1 take. This is Onion worthy.

  • Cracker neck = red neck

  • @Zacguy22Reborn No, according to scientists they have find out that it's a myth.

  • Of course you need a professional, since it's the way of the capitalist way! Nature didn't provide us with the tools to heal ourselves, that's why we have doctors, right? Bullshit, we all have intrinsic ways to heal, it's called RELEASING ENERGY from your body, just like farting, flatulence, cracking your joints, etc, etc. Sometimes I think modern medicine is the cause of most illnesses...

  • @omgitsFelz That's why people 100 years ago were living to the age of 40. And the people thousands of years ago were lucky to live to 30.

  • @BlueGama600 lol thats so false its not even funny

  • @mop12345678909876543 Tell that to historians and scientists. Its not false, but a well known fact that modern man lives longer than any of his ancestors due to modern medicine.

  • Actually it doesn't do anything to you. That cracking bones is bad, is only a myth. That's a FACT.

  • @Luka1180 thanks

  • Its nitrogen bubbles cracking. Scientific fact: The only problems this may lead to in knuckles MIGHT lead to reduced grip force at late late age. It has ZERO bearing on arthritis or related joint problems whatsoever. I dunno about the neck thing.

  • Of course he is going to say that if we can fix ourselves we wouldn't need him. How many people would take there car to a shop if they could fix it themseves?

  • @kevinhbk the only comment worth reading

  • This "doc" is stoned as fuck.

  • To those who say "I kicked the Sh** out of these kind of guys in high school" you know what's funny about that? This man odds are is making over $100,000 a year, lives in a $300,000 house, and odds are has a hot ass wife. And you guys are making comments on youtube and odds are working at McDonalds just to pay your bills. So like I said bullies in the long run never win =)

  • @DustinTheTaxiMan hahaha so true

  • most of this shit is a myth. you cant really get a stroke or arthritis from cracking your joints

  • Comment removed

  • i have to crack knuckles if i don't my hands feel weird and weak

  • Press 3 then 7 over and over again. LOL

  • all cracking your knucks and shit does is release gas built up in the joint

  • @gageman70 but you can loose fluids in your knuckels and loose grip strength.

  • I crack my ankle lol. Yea im fucked...

  • kept pressing 9

  • I heard him crack his knuckles twice. He says "sometimes" "not as big of a problem" "uh, um," "I would recommend trying not to do it as much as possible" all multiple times.

    He's full of crap.

  • Usually, chiros have the knowledge and capacity for what is best known as "conversational medicine". They can get by at parties, etc. This Dr doesnt even seem to have that, even with a script. Who wrote that?

Pulling your finger to fart or crack a knuckle is not likely to cause harm over long term as opposed to flexing or extending your fingers and pushing. Turning your neck and pushing ever so slowly and feeling a crack or two is not as bad as grabbing your own head/chin and thrusting quickly.

  • Did you know when your cracking your knuckles your actually pulling a limb out of place and putting it back in place so you dont need to worry :)

  • Of course a chiropractor wouldn't recommend "self-adjustment". It's bad for their business!

  • @fsumike2000 lol! truth:)

  • How the fuck did I get here from watching the red hot chili peppers?

  • @oscarlolage lol i did too xP

  • thumbs up if you do it and dont even realize it or you do it to remove stress.. Also...thumbs up if you do it all the time and cant stop!

  • b.s all i know is when my neck is hurting I self adjust and im fine, it's more like hey you need to pay me to the same thing you can do on your own... jeesh!

  • how do i stop??! ive been doing it all my life and i just CANT stop!!! :(

  • i thought the cracking was just air bubbles popping?

  • damn studdering stanley.

  • Not taking advice from this fat tool

  • i been cracking my neck and fingers everyday since i was a little kid

  • Oh ya I Recommend you not self adjust. I do recommend you come for a visit so I can still have a job.

  • for a chiropractor he sure has bad posture

  • how is he a doctor?

  • homeboy is an idiot

  • First of all, you can't adjust the "wrong" joint when it comes to knuckles, because you know exactly which joint you're cracking. Secondly, studies show that people who regularly crack their knuckles tend to be less prone to developing osteoarthritis in their hands as opposed to people who don't. 3rd of all, you as a Chiropractor... try adjusting normal, mobile joints. You're just not gonna get audibles. Try adjusting one right after it pops, it won't pop again. Hypermobile theory is bull IMO.

  • 1 WORD; BORING

  • fuck you i can do whatever i want LOL

  • @TheJoe999Man LOL

  • chiropractors = fraudsters.

  • this is bullshit it doesnt its the fluid compressing stupid dick head chyropractor

  • chiro's suck.

  • i usually dont crack anything especially my neck i just let my chiropractor do it

  • this guy's a quack

  • i cracked my wrists when watching this. D: and my ellbow

  • I popped my back and neck every day intill I watched this video now when I want to pop my ba
