I got this video from a VCD. This sweet tune is another one of Haifa's nice songs that is often overlooked.

Yes, gamilla (beautiful). Haifa is beautiful, but what makes her exceptional is her personality, her style and the expression that she puts into each song.

Some other divas just stand there and sing. Haifa, however, really puts herself into every song. She's an actress, not just a singer.

Yes, however most Arabs aren't satisfied with my job. According them, it's a disgrace to translate a song from a whore.

When people translate nancy ajram songs they never get critized for it(most of the time they don't speak Arabic, they go on other websites and get it from there, thus they deserve no credit.) So my translations come from my own knowledge..

Haifa isn't whory, but some Arabs can't cope with a sexy woman who is free of the conservative, restrictive culture over there. The people who are unfree cannot stand for anyone else to be free.

Lebanon is a center for Arab music because that country is freer.
