actually lotto the reasons behind the deaths of Russian pow is quiet complex, but as you brought it up I try and explain it to you. soviet Russia was NOT a signatory to the Geneva convention. As such Soviet POW didn't get the benefits that other POW's did. You also have to remember that those POW that survived capture by the Germans were shipped off to gulags opon 'liberation' by their own troops

Tomato there was a bigger holocaust in 1850 and it resulted in the death of a complete race of people. In addition to this the exterminators took prizes - hair, bones skull fragments etc. If you go to the British museum in London you can see the result of a British lead extermination. You need to look for the aboriginals of Tasmania section were you can see the work of the most successful exterminators in history.
