This video is a great example of how fastitious rats can be, my three are the same, especially my white one. We thoroughly clean their cage twice a week and just evenly set up the litter, old socks, shirts and kitchen paper, then they busily get to work dragging the paper and shirts over to one corner, making a little cave for themselves. Takes them a few hours to get it just right!
