The vast majority in the military don't know what their mission is. They just do what they're told.

Matter of fact, that has been one of the biggest complaints of soldiers and officers in Iraq and Afghanistan, that the mission was never made clear to them.

It was in the news that one time that McCain went to Iraq, he was so swapped by soldiers asking him what the mission was that he had to scurry away.

The "Venus Project" is bunk. The high level promotion of "sustainable" (i.e. green) technologies and power sources, and population control, is equivalent to pushing the genocide policy of Prince Philip and his WWF.

If that is the intention behind the creators of the video, I do not know, but there is no disputing the fact that that genocide would be the resulting effect.

The Venus project is not a blueprint of building the infrastructure and the technology for society. But it is a different way to organize society. The blueprints have to be developed when all people cooperate to find the best way to build it. Humanity has the understanding to create all the clean energy we need. The biggest obstacle for a big enough cooperation to create that technology today is the monetary system.

So if we need money to avoid genocide as you say then we are already doomed.

This has no logic, the credit system is based on the fact that money has no intrinsic value. Thus money is just an angreement, learn more about LaRouche's triple curve and then you'll understand why monetary agregates must be the lowest curve not the highest curve like it is now. Money must be used only for salaries, because trades of goods/materials/services can be performed with checks and or/bills of exchange.
