Second "我" is a stressed sounding but "疼" is a flat sounding so it will help people to memorize the stanza(!?) while using "会心痛". Ok that's about all I hope someday can hear more of your new creations I really enjoy it ^_^

The first reason is "为什么离不开我" 的 "离不开我"(can't leave away from me) is "Verb + Noun" so in order to make a couplet use "会心痛"(will be heartbreaking) might be better and at the same time the right(no I don't say you are wrong but just it might sound much natural) collocation use.
