steroidsR4rejects/steroidsR4losers/superpredatorr (all the same "person", for lack of a better word)...a pathetic example of a little circus freak, grotesque and with an incredibly underdeveloped and unattractive body most closely resembling that of a VERY sick prepubescent girl.
The thing I cannot understand is HOW he made enough money to live? He ate MASS amounts of food, obviously had an apartment or better, and had enough for a gym membership.... does anyone know if he did personal training?
@spritz0 because there is some people out there that will go to any length and do what ever they have to in order to achieve their dreams, regardless of money, living situation etc, these are the true champions that can still get it done without all the support from media, fans, marketing etc.
he's one of the nicest, smartest, and most sincere men i've known. this guy should be a role model to all of today's youth. stive to be a better "you" i love this man, and i'm glad to call him a friend.
If you really listen to Vic. He never thought like typical american athletes. He didn't have the (I must win and get the money and fame!)mentality. He was super laid back. The simple act of training gave him the most joy. He was the Bob Marley of bodybuilding. He did what felt good to him, not what other people thought he should. He was happy with himself, he didn't need a tropy to stroke his ego. Very Humble. We should all strive for that kind of peace.
yeah but the difference is bob marley actually worked in his band, recorded music, released songs and albums, and played concerts like other musicians - he wasn't above it, right?
i mean bra, it's great that he's at peace with himself and yeah, that may be more important, but it can't be said that he's a successful pro bodybuilder which, unfortunately, he is not.
to an extent, i think his genetics were wasted on him - no one knows how far it would have taken him.
Good point. I won't argue that. He was never a great pro.Yes, we will never know how far he could have gone, but for me, and probably most people, he will always capture the imagination. What a freak! From a competitive standpoint,I absolutely agree, wasted genetics. On a personal level, If he truly trained for himself, man, Vic's a huge fucker! You know how much work it takes to build mass like that! Pain, Sweat,Hard Work, sacrifice,X's 1000! I do feel you though. Could've been the best ever!
including Coleman this guy could've won 10 straight Mr Olympia if he thought about competing seriously..his genetics were extra super natural..unhuman..he weighed a ripped 220 at age 15..NO COMMENT
@paulrangel It's been a money game for ALL bodybuilders, not just American ones.Yeah, you get some who 'do what feels good to them' but the sport entails doing what's right..for the judges.BB's and athletes in general need money to survive and to stay in the sport. If they didn't have the hunger to WIN, then they didn't go too far; the same applies today.Victor stands out because he had an incredible body but said fuck this shit. It's not an American athlete mentality, it's an athlete mentality.
He never enterd a pro show ever. The guy was pretty much given everything on a sliver plate. Born with god-like size and genetics and given the golden oppurtunity to train with pros from he was 15.
But his dicipline was not good enough to get in proper shape and he could not handle critisism from other people.
