That's Keith, he used to be in love with Lily. And he would of done anything to get her. And when Luck had is Kidney failure, he illegaly got one for Luke on the black market. It was the perfect match and Lily wanted to save Luke. The catch was, Keith bribed Lily in getting the Kidney for Luke in return Lily's hand in marrage. Lily, wanted badly to save Luke that she did it. But then they found out what Keith had done. So Keith found himself with nothing.

Kin Shriner(Keith)was asked to play Keith and he excepted, partly because he enjoys working Sarah Brown(Julia). So he jumped at the opportunity to play Keith, Julia's brother. Both Kin Shriner and Sarah Brown have returned to General Hospital. Kin did say that Keith Morrisey was his favorite role.
