That is actually a quote by Charlie Day of the TV show "Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia," which by the way is one of the funniest shows there is (in addition to Arrested Development). I have no clue if Dave's new Rock,Flag, Eagle tattoo has anything to do with that quote from Always Sunny, but an earlier comment suggested that it did. Either way, I highly recommend watching the show, especially that episode which is called "Charlie Goes America All Over Everybody's Ass".
