Well I had alot of buddies that smoked and some still do even though they are around 50 years old, one for example is 49 on disability because he gets bad headaches from drug use and it all started with weed and ended up being alot harder drugs, now he lives with his mom yet and my tax dollars go to keep him, marijuana leads to other drugs which do harm to people and I have seen this happen many many times. alchol is just as bad though.

Like the fact that overall drug use has been on the rise since the 60's Mainly due to the counter culture during the vietnam era.
