While recruiting, Ive seen some sort of image to the right of the recruits head. Looks like a square with a I inside it or looks like a lock. Any idea what that is and what it means?

i wish they made kickers and punters a little more realistic because there is like 5 good punters and kickers and then the rest of them are like 60 overall and also they need to make some of the really crappy 1, 2 and 3 star players end up being pretty good like in real life

@theman45654 Lol I've done that before, North Texas had to be one of the worst teams ever! It was really fun and challenging making them into a top school.

@HurricanePride21 not really a stretch to make North Texas into a powerhouse...they have a large # of recruits (not all can go to Texas or A&M) in Texas to choose from. It's harder to make a team like Idaho or Utah State into a powerhouse. I try to stay away from teams from Cali, Texas or Florida, when picking a 1 star team.

Although this guy did a good job explaining the different ways to recruit, he has a terrible strategy. You want to eliminate the unknowns until you have at least three "green" (high, very high, most) pitches. Then, when you schedule visits, you can easily select those 3 because visits only allow 3 activities at a time. Once the visit is over, you can then compare. But you want to find those topics at the start of the season to open up the rest of the year for scheduling. Btw, im on season 2021.
