there no rest of the hand, the view model of this weapons is zoomed out, until you can see the end of the model, normal hand animation is closer so the hand dosent look cut, as V models have higher details, they try to reduce the details on parts where you cant see them. while the other players see a full W models which is less detailed than the V model

Garrysmod runs off the source engine and in order for the game to function properly it needs a source game to use as a way to access the source engine. Plus depending on what game you get as a source game it could effect props you can use in game.

Im hoping this is a joke but if its not Gmod is a Half-life 2 modification that allows the player to create anything he or she wants out of objects like crates and fences, ect. It also supports the downloading of user created content such as the weapon seen in this video. You can get if for $10 off of steam but you will laso need to get half-life 2 and one other source game aswell.
