THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Internet is so full of crap these days... its good to see there are still helpful videos out there, although its like looking for a needle in a haystack. 14.5GB -> 63MB !!!! Still looking a better way to convert Fraps vids to avi format, in a more convenient way than VirtualDub offers (the reason why i had a video clip 7min long and 14,5GB large in the first place). Anyway you teached me a valuable skill today and i am very grateful for that. :)

@VZGproductions oh, I figured it out xD its kinda simple. there is double speed up in the effects section, so just drag it on the video and it shorted 2x xD

I need it for drawing, cause it takes me more than 15 min to draw something that I would really like ^_^

btw video guality is way better with movie maker than with vegas u_u well maybe it just with me =)

no i mean delete the NOISE from the audio. Just voice, the words remain. i can't good english, so i tell you how to do this. You must import media, click right on the audio and click edit audio and enable voice removal. try:)

Yeah, it is a enormous difference in comparison.

But surprisingly, the video quality doesn't suffer too much when using Windows Movie Maker, it's surprising due to the reason that it's free and not too technical.

If you are talking about the black bars, then it must be because of the settings that you are choosing. I would have been more descriptive, but this video was just meant to show the basic straight forward way of compressing a video file.

Make sure that you choose a higher resolution, it should expand the aspect ratio of the video.

Hey everyone, I found a couple of awesome video compression programs that are way better than windows movie maker and plus they are both free to use, so look for SUPER and AllTo AVI.

They are much better!

The quality does get lowered after the compression process, but surprisingly it doesn't effect the quality too much after compressing with Windows Movie Maker.

That is why I use it, because it's simple and awesome. I just wish that there were a little more options when compressing files.
