I just visited a church,and im ashame to say this,but it was all about shows,programs,and stuff,,Lord im so sorry,for what we have done to your churches,I left that church feeling sad!

"We sing songs because they sound good, yet our heart doesn't agree with the words we speak." EVER SO TRUE in today's churches. Ever so much more truth in the verse

Ecclesiastes 5:1- "When you go into the temple, close your mouth and open your ears." If we realize the words and we don't sing, that's between us and God. Not the person after the service who questions why we didn't sing or take communion. None of their business whatsoever and it'd to them well to concentrate more on themselves.

OH THAT MORE PEOPLE TODAY WOULD SHARE THE WORD LIKE THIS. COLD AND HARD LIKE IT'S GOTTA BE. But alas...today most of us like the warm-fuzzy, feel-good anesthetic BS that vomits forth from most pulpits. And Satan's lovin' it.

But then there's the few of those that know their Christianity is still insufficient (like mine daily). And nothing else nails it- quite like a sermon such as one of these.

The truth hurts, sure. And yet how badly today we need to shut up and turn on the ears to listen.
