I personally do not see anything extra weight until you told me about it. You have a very beautiful figure requires only small adjustments. They are: rocking the press - for the tummy, sit-ups - for the feet, as well as their swings, and small dumbbells - for hands. Perform all of 3 sets, you can and more, almost every day.

I am so happy for you... what good news :) Just wanted to share: my husband also doesnt like the look of 'too much makeup'.. however he never realized how most of us women have to do a lot of work to have that flawless look.... so, I guess what I am saying is, make up is good, but keep it natural and clean, and not over done. You always look lovely, put a little smokey eye, and your mascara to make your eyelashes pop and va va voom... you are ready to conquer him :) Love you!

Regarding the makeup you should wear when you meet your guy...I think you always look lovely whenever you wear MAC's Patina. But I think the makeup you wore in your Ellis Faas eyeshadow dupe tutorial was especially gorgeous. There was a color you used on your eyes--aquamarine, maybe?--that really made your eyes pop. I love this look on you, both hair and makeup. I don't believe men when they say they don't like makeup. If that were the case Marilyn Monroe wouldn't have been popular. I think men don't like ugly makeup, which yours isn't. As for getting into shape, I do the best with weights. Cardio is fine but building muscle helps to burn more fat and for some reason trims the stomach fat.

Hi Giada! I am so happy for you... what good news :) Just wanted to share: my husband also doesnt like the look of 'too much makeup'.. however he never realized how most of us women have to do a lot of work to have that flawless look.... so, I guess what I am saying is, make up is good, but keep it natural and clean, and not over done. You always look lovely, put a little smokey eye, and your mascara to make your eyelashes pop and va va voom... you are ready to conquer him :) Love you!

Regarding the makeup you should wear when you meet your guy...I think you always look lovely whenever you wear MAC's Patina. But I think the makeup you wore in your Ellis Faas eyeshadow dupe tutorial was especially gorgeous. There was a color you used on your eyes--aquamarine, maybe?--that really made your eyes pop. Those are my two cents. :)

I love this look on you, both hair and makeup. I don't believe men when they say they don't like makeup. If that were the case Marilyn Monroe wouldn't have been popular. I think men don't like ugly makeup, which yours isn't. As for getting into shape, I do the best with weights. Cardio is fine but building muscle helps to burn more fat and for some reason trims the stomach fat.
