Paul's guitar might look 'weird' (but I like it!) because it is an awesome Steinberger!... used in the eighties also by Eddie van Halen and Geddy Lee, that means Steinberger guitars and basses of course!

The look might be a matter of taste but it deserves respect for it's groundbreaking design, both in and outside... developed already somewhere in the seventies, highpoint in usage in the eighties...

Unique and innovative guitars technically and designwise (the tuning system and other things).
