I think it was foolish for Hillary to make a blanket statement codenming all Iraqis for not taking advantage of Sadam's down-fall. She should have made a clear distintion between the Iraqis and the Iraqi gov't.

I want her to win, but that statement is not going to do much for her.

IED's have accounted for 70% of the soldiers deaths, every battle has been a decisive victory, not even CLOSE. We are winning in Iraq, ask any general on the ground or soldier returning from deployment. Violence is down in almost every region and progress is being made everyday. What's striking in this debate is all the talk about war - and not one of these clowns ever mentions Islamic terrorism. Their policy is dictated by what feels good and what's popular - not what's right but what'll get votes. Sick, but expected.

The question remains though, why is it up to someone to post these here? Why aren't the WIDELY available to the public on the sites of the networks that broadcast them, or via government sites. I spent 30 minutes trying to find these. Thank you researchris, your efforts are much appreciated, but in a a valid democracy they shouldn't be necessary.

Ditto. This is, to me, the biggest benefit of Youtube (Thank goodness Youtube doesn't have a licensing agreement with CNN). Of course, like 90% of the US, I have cable but sometimes I don't have time to watch political programs (especially during MLB season). Watching clips like this on Youtube on my own time and being able to post embedding codes on my blog is a great convenience. In fact, I'll post the embed code for this clip on my blog.
