It would be nice if the narrator could pronounce the name of the car company! Also, I think the exhaust is one of the nicest styling touches. But I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Other than than, a pretty fair review.
Some of you don't understand the review's intent.. Mazda is trying to take the '6' away from all the modders and 'youth' enthusiast and put it towards the competitive luxury mid-to-high end. The reason for some comments about the materials or dual-exhaust is because of similar cars in it's NEW class that have that stuff.
@brother324- Honestly Mazda's are really great cars. I have had GM's in the past matter of fact I traded a 2003 Pontiac that I bought brand new. I had so many issues with that 2003 i had to get rid of it in 2005 for my 1st mazda 6. My 2009 is not even a year old and it has 15,000 on it all ready. Drives like the day I drove it home. I still see my original 2005 Mazda 6 Sport Edition on the road now ! I do belive they are built to last. I should have go in to the Mazda line a long time ago
I love the back of this Mazda 6. This is one of the reason i bought the 2009. The front is so / so . I own the 09 s Grand Touring w/ Navigation. Traded my 2008 Mazda 6 s Grand Touring and I love it. It does eat gas but it is awesome to drive. This is my 3rd Mazda 6 and if they keep this sytle up and tech packages up it will not be the last. Zoom.Zoom-FOREVER.
@zoomn6 I own an 08 mazda 6 with 40,000 miles since you have onwed three 6's so far do you think they are reliable and will last a long time? I really like this car so I'm hoping it will because I'm planning on getting another one when mine gets old aha!
I truly think the wrong parts are being complimented and judged negatively at the same time. For the V6, it is a front-wheel-drive. Surely for the top-end Mazda would have used the same drive-train combination as the CX9? If not economics, you'd have a VW R32 Golf contender (winner with the power). Any performance enthusiast does NOT WANT FrontWheelDrive!
I totally agree the rear of the car I think looks great with the formed exhaust. These guys shouldnt even talk about styling as its always personal opinion and noby needs help determining what they think looks good they should just stick with road test and features, I think this is a great car I drove one for a week while my rx8r3 was on order and I was very impressed. Also most reviewers say Mazda interiors are class leaders as well as how the soft touch plastics look and feel upscale.

What a lousy review. No one else complains about fuel economy, lack of lame/trendy paddle shifters, and the cool looking integrated exhaust.

the audi r8 has integrated exhausts so im down with that

Why do reviewers talk about styling, I know what it looks like, I CAN SEE. I can also see that this car is gorgeous from every angle.

I have to agree. Looks much like a audi or even lambo- but does the sound match with the look?
