I love these videos that feature Nils Lofgrens's incredible talent on the guitar. He's also an amazing pianist, amongst other things! I suspect his being a competitive gymnast helped b/c Bruce's concerts are long and exhausting for them all!

The only other time a rock band got this recognition was about two years ago; The Who received it (actually Pete Townshend & Roger Daltrey) for their concert for NYC after 9/11. The speech to them from Bush is so funny- it's obvious he had no idea what they were about! But a good choice!
