Not 100% sure... but if Fabian hit in an August..... that was when the general election was on and they extended voting for a day.

whoa. if there was a hurricane in my state, it wouldn't a damage my house. my mom says all that we would have to worry about is the wind, cause it can cause trees to fall.....she's been in a hurricane.
