@kingdiamondking Alright, it was probably 4 in the morning when I posted that and I was just trying to be a douchebag, but I will download some early Ministry and give it a chance.
@Shoe3003 This interpretation of the actual lyrics is so unbelievably inaccurate I don't even know where to start. You have the freaking INTERNET, IT'S RIGHT HERE, USE IT.
sycamore trees are popular in Louisiana, where trent likes to record sometimes. they're as pure as the sugar cane and beigne's that are sold in the french quarter
@Shoe3003 Sigh. No, they're not, though props for trying to cover your a**. I live in Louisiana, have for 11 years. New Orleans even, where yes, Trent Reznor did live, record, and bone other peoples' girlfriends for awhile. The trees here are mostly Oak in the city, and Cypress in the Bayou. Sycamores are not common. BUT I DIGRESS... The point I'm trying to make is: if you find something profound enough to quote, have enough respect for the person who wrote it to do so accurately.
why would i have respect for a guy who banged other people's girlfriends just because he had musical talent and therefore was 'entitled' to be like 'hey this scotch is really good, you wanna come see my recording studio for awhile? it's only a few blocks from here, how 'bout it?'
Such a shame the BBC TV series 'Tomorrow's World' isn't still running. If it were and there was any justice in the world, you'd be responsible for soundtracking every single animated segment.
holy god this is amazing
