  • If you go through the motion as quickly as I did on this video you will not feel the true essence of the poses (asanas). In order to get the full benefit you need to make sure that you FEEL 9 - 12 full breaths in each pose where you expand as you inhale and relax in the exhale. This is done for each pose (asana).

    Begin with three deep breaths filling the chest, rib cage and abdomen...

  • wow this vid is so neat I tried it and it really makes you feel relaxed! I did some of the moves on my lunch break when I had a sore back and I felt so good after I did them!!!!!
