Dude this came out in 1990 I was 12 at the time. Man I damn near lived at the 7-11 near my house playing all these games! Loved midnight resistance and heavy barrel. Brings back memories

utilizo los botones R1 y L1 de control.

Para su correcto funcionamiento en las opciones del mame ve a las exclusivas del juego (this game) ahí busca la opción que dice: Dial Analog, dale un enter y luego ESC para que no este asignada a ninguna tecla.

Ya solo configura Dial Dec y Dial Inc a tus botones preferidos

can any one tell me how to set the controls on fusion 3.51 emulator for midnite resistance on an xbox 360 controller. its the only game to have 2 joysticks runnig at the same time. any other game is easy to set. my all time fav game please help. thanks

I swear, this game probably has the best title in all gaming history! Think about it... Midnight Resistance. God, that sounds so damn cool!

it's not a half bad game either. I find myself coming back to it more often than any version of Contra (and I own damn near all of them) and the Genesis rendition of the music is FUCKING ASTOUNDING.

Unlike the Contra series, the Midnight Resistance arcade uses rotating joysticks for moving fire arms easier.

yeah, it's nice if you are playing it on the real arcade, it's a nightmare to emulate in MAME though. Caliber .50 had a similar joystick and because of it is one of my favorite overhead shooters. It is also ported to the Genesis and is an excellent port I might add.
