jakes guitar is actually a gibson believe it or not.....if you look at the headstock, you will notice it's an explorer headstock, but reversed.....those were around mostly in the 90's...i really don't see them at music stores these days

Actually on the DVD for seasons 1 & 2 they all said that all the singing was done by the cast. None of them were actually playing the instruments though

The whole episode was about the gang leaving high school with no regrets. Sam and Tony were going to enter a contest that they could dance continuously for a certain number of hours or days (or something like that) and break the PCH record. That's why Tony was standing up playing, instead of at his drum set.

If I remember right, Tony and Sam are trying to get into the World Record book for the longest time dancing without stopping, so that's why Tony can't sit at the drums and why they're both constantly moving throughout the clip. :-)
