This was actually a brilliant interpretation - just the wrong occasion. Ras Dumisani doesn't even look stoned - it may even have been better accompanied with some of the best grass from the Transkei (as advertised in the London embassy). By the way when are we going to legalise the stuff...

This is the first time I watch the entire "version" of Dumisani. It was HILARIOUS. No WONDER some Boks struggled to contain themselves and were giggling about the singing. I plan to play this version to friends this weekend. Expect fireworks !

DISGUSTING. He didn't sing a single melody note of Nkosi sikilele at all....his 'version' was some improvised harmony part the whole way through. Die Stem is worse because he begins an entire octave higher than his range....trying to sing in alto/soprano range. What absolute incompetance.....and adding words 'tina - tina" etc. who does he think he is - to add to the National Anthem......and WHAT were those fools banging drums on the grass up to???? Who is responsible for this c!@p?
