  • Excellent video. Nice plate. I would love to see it after glaze fire. I've been very interested in slab work. I'm hoping to get a slab roller for my Birthday. Did you take classes or are you self taught?

    Actually I forgot to show finished piece; sorry.

    These get set on edge along the wall of an anagama kiln, so I only glaze interior.

    Yes I'm self taught; but with a lot of nurturing by others.

    I made my slab roller out of lumber, PVC pipe and cable. I intend to post a video of my home made equipment in the future.
