Our T-Bell "swinger" is used for swings... when you need to adjust the weight frequently and share between users, there is no better value. If you want to do all the kettlebell workouts, including the single hand exercises, then this device is not for you. If you want to swing heavy weights, or need to experiment with weights before investing in kettlebells...this is a great value.

79 bucks for this thing? i can get a 24kg bell for that price which i can do all the exercises with, not just the swing....
