Ive used every brand out there. remo heads sound good for a while but i always have to retune them occasionally. evans were a little more durable but sounded dead to me. aquarians are durable and stay in tune. i have only one problem. you guys say your coating doesnt chip off as easily, but my experience has been the opposite where the coating comes off sooner than other brands. what would you reccomend? new orleans special? hi velocity?
