You complete all the challenges for the gun class. For example, if you want the Golden AK-47, shown in this video, you have to complete all the Assault Rifle challenges. Likewise, if you want to unlock the Golden Mini Uzi, also shown in the video, you have to complete all the SMG challenges. The one exception is the Golden Desert Eagle. You can unlock that by reaching level 65, the highest level in the game.
