will an i5-2540m (2.6GHz) cause a fps drop on the same gpu with 2gbs of vram? Because I heard that the i7 quad-core is better optimised for this game, and that people with quad cores over dual cores get about 5-10fps extra in bfbc2, but more games are dual-core optimised. so will the i5 cause a fps drop in the game or will the beast of a gpu be okay with it?

@SimonAllanSAS i would doubt that a dual core vs quad core would make a difference if you're only running bfbc2 and nothing else
