Everyone whining about the "scope" is an idiot. It's a Night Vision optic, that is why it's so big. It's not some 40 power Night Force scope.

Its a night vision scope. Its not meant to have extreme magnification, its just huge cause thats the nature of nv sights.

You are not correct. I own three (check my videos), I am very familiar with the laws. Numerous states have absolute legal prohibition on the possession of silencers or machine guns by any non-law enforcement personnel. A few other states allow federal firearms dealers with SOT status to own NFA weapons, but not civilians. Google "NFA Ownership Info" if you want to learn more about the process. In states where they are legal, they are suprisingly easy to obtain.
