This doesn't sound very helpful. You want a baby to bleed for 30 minutes before you do anything about it? And usually if a baby is crying for more than 30 minutes that's something you have to be worried about, but 3 hours? I think the guidelines in this video are far too lax to be safe; surely any responsible, caring parent would take care of their child sooner.
