Fedor is a very good fighter and beaten lots of different fighters, but not many would I consider great fighters. Even his next opponent Arlovski I don't think is so awesome anymore. Fedor needs to be able to fight more quality fighters.
I'm excited for Irvin's career. His loss to Silva is nothing to be ashamed of, as he's absolutely decimated everyone else, too. I think that Irvin has the potential to make some real noise as time goes on and he continues to learn and improve.

Anderson Silva walks round at 210LB and Fedor is only 220 ( maybe 230 i could be wrong) but Fedor is a VERY! small heavyweight and Silva is a giant middleweight. They are practically the same weight, i could see a Silva Fedor fight being quite easy to get going if Fedor ever made his way to the UFC.
I was thinking, Fedor has a fair bit of body fat on him, if here were to lose most of that and cut out his water etc, he could easily get down to 185. Imagine Fedor as a middleweight, LOL! I mean if Wanderlei can cut from 215 to 185 Fedor should be able to.
Shows what you know, Fedors manager does not own affliction nor are the owners of affliction his manager, FIinkle is his manager and Fedor is only 31 i doubt he will stay with a clothing company much longer, the only reason he is there is for the top 10 heavyweights there, afflction will drop soon after they can't market fights, they have a few more fights left in them, Fedor / Barnett being one of them.
He talked a lot of trash on the Spider before the bout but full marks for admitting he was outclassed and giving kudos to Silva. After seeing this, I have a good respect for Irvine and he will be back. It is just mind boggling how easily and creatively Spider took him out. Like a fricking Streetfighter or Mortal Kombat vidoe game, only thing missing was the fatality.

Fedor is a very good fighter and beaten lots of different fighters, but not many would I consider great fighters. Even his next opponent Arlovski I don't think is so awesome anymore. Fedor needs to be able to fight more quality fighters.

I'm excited for Irvin's career. His loss to Silva is nothing to be ashamed of, as he's absolutely decimated everyone else, too. I think that Irvin has the potential to make some real noise as time goes on and he continues to learn and improve.

such a class act. hope he gets a rematch with thiago silva, had he not have blown his ACL he would have gone on to win that fight IMO. imagen wat he would be able to do with a win in a rematch, even tho i believe thiago to be an overated fighter, i mean who has be actually beat that is a credible opponent?

irvin seems cool...IMO he messed up by with his game plan.. " tried to out box him " PPL that has been succsessfull against silva have set him up to be taken to the ground. Ryo Chonan is a perfect example

Fedor best heavy weight and King Yes....but Anderson Silva has been phenominal, if they were at the same weight it would be the best spectacle ever...I'm talking about the way they fight now, not in the past...I like the way Anderson silva fights personally, stand ups are more exciting than ground.

Anderson Silva walks round at 210LB and Fedor is only 220 ( maybe 230 i could be wrong) but Fedor is a VERY! small heavyweight and Silva is a giant middleweight. They are practically the same weight, i could see a Silva Fedor fight being quite easy to get going if Fedor ever made his way to the UFC.

I was thinking, Fedor has a fair bit of body fat on him, if here were to lose most of that and cut out his water etc, he could easily get down to 185. Imagine Fedor as a middleweight, LOL! I mean if Wanderlei can cut from 215 to 185 Fedor should be able to.

Shows what you know, Fedors manager does not own affliction nor are the owners of affliction his manager, FIinkle is his manager and Fedor is only 31 i doubt he will stay with a clothing company much longer, the only reason he is there is for the top 10 heavyweights there, afflction will drop soon after they can't market fights, they have a few more fights left in them, Fedor / Barnett being one of them.

He talked a lot of trash on the Spider before the bout but full marks for admitting he was outclassed and giving kudos to Silva. After seeing this, I have a good respect for Irvine and he will be back. It is just mind boggling how easily and creatively Spider took him out. Like a fricking Streetfighter or Mortal Kombat vidoe game, only thing missing was the fatality.
Again, full marks to James for stepping in there and trying his best.

This guys has class! I was dissapointed how the fight ended but the guy owned up to his mistake and that take guts to do that!
Bad luck about him testing positive for those painkillers in his urine sample test!
