Do not download AlienGUI, I downloaded it before to check out some of their awesome themes, and after some days, i couldn't change theme at all, i couldn't start AlienGUI and i couldn't remove it. It may be an awesome program but i gets stuck on your PC and you have to download a program that can delete and uninstall programs in order to get rid of the program(Don't worry, the theme won't be stuck forever).

using visual styles doesnt take up ram, its the same as if you were using the crap blue,silver, olive colors, rocket dock is not a big ram killer either, although when i actually use a dock i use Object dock plus, i usually just pin things to the taskbar lol i can do more with a taskbar than a dock :)
