I sold a Coca Cola bottle for 20$ It was a 1919, even said the date on the side. I relize now it was worth alot more I'm sure. Yours could be 1920's-1950's.
@branza27 No, not unless it picks up a piece of metal and there happens to be a Coke bottle in the hole with it. I think TreasureFiend just found those bottles on top of the ground though.
You should show the actual dig when you get a coin. I find the actual dig the most exciting part of the viewing. That way everyone can enjoy the mistery of what's in the hole! Love the videos! Keep it up!
Thanks for watching, I have tried that other times but I go out for 6 - 8 and even a couple of 10 hour hunts and I dig most iffy signals an as a result I endup with a few pounds of garbage. In the end I end up with a huge amount of film that I have to go through and condence down to less than a 10 min video. Its just a whole lot faster to film once I know its a coin and not another piece of random copper or other garbage.
That Brotherhood of railroad & trainmen is a Union metal. Great vidoes and always check the inside of lipstick tubes because that is where my mother kept her emergency cash.
TreasureFiend- You didn't wash out that lipstick, did you? I mean, not that I necessarily wanted to use any or whatever, it's just that, well, it would be such a shame to let it go to waste...lol jk
Go for it. I use an M6 when I hunt w/ TreasureFiend. I like it a lot and think it gives its user more options than your average lower-end detector (not that your average lower-end detector isn't good, but...you know).
I remember those old coke bottles, great spot I have in my neighborhood an area just like that. Only problem is I don't have a metal detector. Mine died about two years ago. The area in my neighborhood shows on maps of the mid 1800's as the farm road. A road that lead from the farmland of Hampton roads to the farmers market in Norfolk....I hopefully will be able to save up for a new machine this year...Great finds good day...Thanks for sharing...
What you found on 5:19 is a VINTAGE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR MALTA FOB ENAMELED PENDANT.
