My new years resolution is to never again close my throat chakra in fear of the consequences. For too long I have diminished my light to appease the naturally diminished light of others. No more. My throat chakra is forever open.
My throat chakra is suffering because I can't express my self clearly and a lot of times slur my speech. This music is so relaxing and calming, it's like telling me, don't worry, everything will be fine.

@rubbe For me, being around crude persons hurt. They are everywhere in society. The more you awaken, the more pain at first, because the norm of humanity is asleep and suffering blindly, even as you once were. Then, as your chakras awaken, they must move against the grain of your own energy system, but also the energy being put out by careless, ignorant, and sometimes just downright vicious persons who have yet to understand the Iron Law of Karma. FEEL through the pain and it WILL pass.
@rubbe As I discovered with "other people" and their energy, the energy from outside only has a way in if somewhere on the inside I am vulnerable. I'd recommend getting some fundamental issues off of your chest about self-acceptance. Sounds like something is opportunistically feeding on a weakness in your ability to approve of yourself and accept yourself. You might practice singing spontaneously about things and in ways that you normally wouldn't b/c u think others might reject or disapprove.

it also try to pull me out of body. what an annoying thing dont it got anything better to do each day?
