you can unlock "neon eyes", or just paint your eyes white. it wouldn't make a huge difference.

The horns were the closest to Batman's as I could get.

And I made the cape black by using one of the solid black color stickers. :P Just made it really big and stamped it on there.

I also improved the look by using a different Sackboy texture. And improved the look around the mouth. Also added the grey area of the costume that Batman has.

Just a shame I couldn't add the Batman symbol on his chest. :(

eye toy? maybe? or there is this thing you could do where you actually make the bat out of yellow stickers on a pallet. and then save that. then post that picture on your character. you know what i mean?
