BTW have you guys heard of Soulspell?  That's another really good mega band like Avantasia, and they've got amazing Metal Operas too :D

Hmm well I do like the songs off of "The Blessed and the Damned" compilation album by Iced Earth, and this sounds like a very emotional and political album!

As for Avantasia, I LOVE the Metal Opera parts 1 and 2.

I've heard some mixed reviews of The Scarecrow Trilogy, some people claiming that they've "sold out." Although many people were probably exaggerating, I was really reluctant in listening to them.

However, I think your review has changed my mind, thank you very much!
