Actually you do have a valid point. The riff does sound like Spirit Crusher. Even still, it's not a big deal because it is not like they created a whole song off the riff. A lot of things in music is recycled and changed. So people shouldn't be giving you thumbs down.

I am talking about the riff at 4:03. The fast one. Sounds like 2:16 riff from Spirit Crusher.
Chek it out. Since Death's song is older - the simple logic leads me to the thought that MH has stolen the riff from Death.
