I've been practicing it for about a week now, I still can't slow my breathing, but I discovered that it is a great way to stop negative thinking - every time I get cought up in some sad or angry thought - I do it for several minites with open eyes continuing doing whatever I was doing - and attention shifts to love and beaty around me...Thank you, Jasmuheen, your videos are amazing, great artwork too!

I tried that and got hungry and depressed. I am not very developed, have a lot of baggage and take a lot of poisons. I was given this and it works much better for me I am loved. I do the meditation & I feel great after words but I still don't "feel" loving. I'm confused & not quite sure what Unconditional Love is supposed to feel like.

LOL. I sympathise with you there! Wonderful meditation and I do feel some degree of loving energy and upliftment. I likewise don't feel like the potency of the love that I am has arrived yet! Perhaps like turning on a tap thats rusted from neglect for so many lifetimes. First we have to keep trying to turn the tap. Then we have to find out what condition the pipes are in and work on the flow. As a zen master once said, 'All there is left to do at this moment is to have a good laugh!' ;)

Allah and pagan mysticism? Doesn't seem a good combination matte. Islam teaches god to be a personal diety not abstract. Teaches that he is very egoistic therefore you must dedicate youre life in belief, a life of no here and now, life of slavery.

Ahh nevermind, if you enjoy this please do it. I just have another opinion upon Islam for I studied it well enough; I'm an x-muslim. It just seems funny to me when people link it with wisdom and true spirituality... No true love there realy...

This attitude works for many now and seems to create unification rather than more separation.
