E55 0-140mph

i got a e55 2004 as well in black. im hoping maintenance is a fortune, but i onyl drive mine 2-3 days a week i drive my beater for the msot aprt back and forth through the week. but any recommendations onthe car you might give?

@97gstmodded You wish, these cars are not just fast more like devastatingly fast. The fastest E55 ran 10.5 in the 1/4 mile without NOS, check it out on DragTimes. Go back to your 15 sec POS, this car needs only bolt ons to run 10s.

@princepersia1 It handles like a dream. you have to set up the suspension in sport 2 and the cars drops to the floor. I been able to take exit ramps at about 60-80mph with no problem.

no its 16 seconds, the car barely has moved at 0:03 and hits 140 at 0:19--- thats 16 seconds

It'll get to 60 in well under 5. M-B's official time is 4.5, but they tend to estimate a little conservatively. Probably about 4.3-4.4 is realistic under perfect conditions.

yeah probably because of ESP. you can see the yellow triangle blinking when the car starts. if ESP is turned off, any e55 amg should do 0-60 under 5 seconds

more like 4 seconds flat, at 0:03 in the video he is only about 3-4 mph and at 0:07 flat he hits 60 mph, so just a bit over 4 seconds impressive!
