You're changing chords in measures 3 and 7 when that's not part of the song. The harmony doesn't change going from measure 2 to 3, or from 6 to 7. If you have sheet music that says it does, it's wrong. Measures 2, 3, 6, and 7 are all the same.

Although there are brief elements of Cha- Cha, this version can indeed be called Salsa.

Cha-Cha, Danzon, Guaguanco, Son Montuno etc.....these are all specific genres of latin music driven by African rythyms. When all of them merge ( NY in the 60's) then it was reffered to as Salsa.

Yeah, the 3rd chord I play is C#. It's a substitute for the A#m. And the last is not sharp

I prefer to say: Eb, Bbm, Db, Fm
