  • Yes cardiovascular is for certain an important part of health but what i meant is the landings they were doing and their poor form during said landings were doing lots of damage to them. Cardiovascualr just means you get your heart rate up high and keep is there while excercising. Like running...not flips and jumps where the landings are wrenching your back and knees

  • Cool video, good tricks and all, but you should roll. Even at the least of fall, or your gonna seriously mess up your legs.

    And Parkour and FreeRunning is not the same.

    Parkour is a "sport" that knows no obstacles, and you use the obstacles and overcome the environment, instead of letting them block your way.

    FreeRun however, is based on tricking, street stunt, flips and stuff.

  • This isn'treally parkour.

    It's definently mostly freerunning.

    Parkour uses railwork and jumping over things and on to them.

    They aren't practical things either.

  • take the time to absorb your landings if you arent going to roll. stop trying to run from a landing imediately, in the end it slows you down more bc it causes you to stumble

  • first note, it is good video, second i consider myslef LP's biggest fan, but tghis song doesnt fit the video, and last, if you dont roll you WILL produce bad leg joints and muscle cramp eventually, it does build up, i recomend you go to a grassy area and practice rolling, few places you landed and you can c you stumbled as you didnt roll, for your own saftey...ROLL!!!!!

  • ok listen ive been doing parkour/freerunning for about a year now and you have to roll

  • u do a flip. flip is not parkour. u drop from height that ur knees cant receive the impact.. ROLL!

  • Very nice video guys, I'm especially liking the gainers off of things, I can do them in a gym and get about 3ft forward ground to ground but I still haven't plucked up the courage to do them outside, I hate doing them off of things cos I always concentrate too hard on jumping out and not up, I'm impressed you managed to pull them off so well, any advise on where to start for taking them outside? Keep up the good work guys

  • try to start on places with soft landings, usualy playgrounds are good places to start. Grass is a pretty good surface to land on to aswell. good luck and share youre video's

  • I havn't started to pratice freerunning/parkour yet, but i've seen quite a few videos and there is alot of rolling. In yours i didn't see any but i saw alot of landings that would hurt your knees over time.

  • Great video, but its more like just complicated gymnastics than Parkour. Parkour is getting from point a to b in the quickest, smoothest, way possible. So you'd wanna tape yourself going on a certain path full of obstacles throughout a city, rather than the same clips over with different tricks. Flips really aren't part of it. But this vid's great! ^_^ Keep it up!

  • Pretty cool except most of it was just gymnastics outside, I didn't see one pk roll, it seems as if you all just skipped all the basics and fundamentals and went straight to the flashy stuff.

    (basicly we practised on mats until we knew that we controlled the flips enough to do them outside (well, sometimes it's just about having balls and doing it for the first time ;) ))
