my mom makes tea the same way, shes asianx) (so of course i am:p) and i love love LOVE her tea. its delicious and it always makes my headaches go away so she gives that to me:)

ah, it takes a while, but this is an improvement over the old wet teabag treatment, i've never tried but only peripherally heard about like ages ago, almost when i was a kid. This is like the resurrecting of a should-never-have-died old folk remedy. And even here it took someone, from what mostly my grandparents and older than usual father called "the old country"

will eye exercises help me because i am shortsighted and i find it hard to see clearly distant objects/words. Im thinking of getting glasses, but im not sure and i dont really want them :S
